Hello I bet your getting tired of no updates, well just blame it on work and plain laziness, but by now I'm sure no really cares, but anyways here's another Meet Probe which will hopefully be the last one as hopefully he won't change again any time in the near future. I'm hoping this might help out Amberwind out when she starts the Tournament

Weapon of choice: Probe usually relies on close range weapons; to this effect his Primary weapon is a Katana with a black and red hilt and a Rapier.

In the Kingdom Hearts Universe his Primary weapon is a Keyblade called Journeyman's Oath, that's Keychain is a red and blue Yin/Yang sign symbolizing his affinity and weakness of Fire & Water. The hilt of the blade is actually basket shaped like a rapier, and the blade itself has the appearance of something carved from molten rock, thus making it rather heavy. The blade's ability is that it enhances the attack power any fire-based attacks several times over.

Probe also has two knives located at the tip of his shoes, which will slide into position after tapping the tips on the ground.

Powers:

Probe possesses the ability to wield fire in both his Containment and True forms. In his Containment form though, he can only manipulate fire once he triggers the release switches located on his arms, neck and chest.

He is able to manipulate the temperature around him, to the extent that he can also manipulate other people's Body Temp. If your temp is lowering it means that he's funneling your heat into himself, which will make him stronger. This also means that Hypothermia might be soon setting in, which may be what Probe wanted all along.

He can also do the exact opposite as well, meaning he can channel heat back into. This is usually attack as he intends to kill you if he does it. In this case you should be dead from Heat Stroke (If your lucky) before your skin starts to burst open releasing green and black flame. If you aren't dead by then…well you soon will be.

A side effect of this ability is that it is always active though he can only affect living beings consciously. Another side effect is that because he absorbs heat to make himself stronger, his powers wanes throughout the day, thus he'd be at his strongest in the afternoon, and his weakest early in the morning and late at night. Now imagine him during one of the hottest days of summer.


Probe is capable of shape shifting in both of his forms, though in his containment form is hampered by the fact that he can't exceed his own weight he changes form. In his true form though, he is not hampered by a corporal body, however it will still be composed of green and black flame.

He is also able to mimic any person's voice, regardless of gender of voice pitch. However he must first hear said person speak, before his able to mimic them.

Probe's Containment unit was specifically engineered, so it could look, act, and feel like that of a normal human's, but somewhere along the line, he amplified it's attributes (Speed, strength, durability etc… to superhuman levels. It's power source however is a thermo-nuclear device, that if ruptured can take out a small city, It also has the tendency when ruptured to punch holes in the fabric of the universe, causing wormholes and other space/time anomalies.

It should finally be said that Probe is no longer immortal, but he is like, most energy beings and Elementals, impossible to kill by normal means, as such while his containment form can harmed by most anything, his true form can only be harmed via magic or elemental attacks. For example a normal sword would have no effect on his true form, but a Keyblade would. Certain elements however will strengthen him (Fire, Wind, Wood) while others will harm him (Water, Ice, Shadow) and some can do both (Spirit, Metal, Earth, Lightning). A rather odd side-effect of his weakness to magic, is that he is able to sense Magical artifacts and those who wield them, and track them down, usually by smell, though if it's strong enough, he might be able to see the trail as well.

Other abilities:

Low-grade telepathy: Only available in his true form, used so he can "talk."

Eye-lasers: Only available in his containment form, when used it causes him great pain, and makes him go blind for roughly ten minutes, though this doesn't mean he can't use it again.

The Ravenous (OC) Genetic experiment combining the DNA of a Shrew with that of a Gremlin's (The movie) and a Great White shark, will probably be the most used summon in the story.

About Probe/Personality:

He is the Head and founder of Meltook Industries, a Jack-of-all Trades company, that tends to deal more in the Illegal. He also Functions as the primary Summoner when part of a group. Probe is almost completely insane and doesn't always think things threw, which may explain his fighting style of 'let's do as much damage as possible'. He also is subject to several other mental disorders including acute megalomania and severe egotism, to the point of resembling Zim in some aspects.

While Probe may seem evil at first (and he'll still leave you thinking this even after a while), it is only due to boredom, as well as his opinion that being evil is just more fun. This particular quirk may be the reason that he tends to align himself with the heroes, when something even worse than him rears his head, though that is not always a guarantee.

While it's hard to keep describing how he is, so it's best for a quick summary, imagine his personality like this. The Joker, but with OCD is a Kleptomaniac and has flame based powers, and like the Joker if you think he's gonna do something you expect, you'll be surprised everytime.

Here take this scene from the GTA arc for example. Two crooks have just stolen Probe's car, and Probe after killing a passerby and stealing his motorbike gives chase, effectively leaving the rest of the party (and a rather disgruntled and dimensionally misplaced Ron Weasley) for the rest of the arc. The crooks eventually think they have given him the slip, after Probe experiences a blowout. Unfortunately for them, they haven't….


…As they rounded another corner, with still no sign of the strange man, the thug earlier identified as Tommy spoke up, drawing the attention of his partner.

"I think we can slow down now Jim, there's no way he's still chasing us," He said starting to chuckle. "Hell he's probably dead, considering how he fell, when his tire blew." Jim apparently didn't share that sentiment, and glowered at his partner before answering.

"I just want to get some distance…just in case, there was somethin' not right about that guy," Said Jim wearily. "There was somethin' unnatural like, bout the way he looked in all."

"Unnatural please," Tommy sniggered in disgust. "He's nothin' more than a splat on the pavement now, even if he was. Say do hear a loud thudding sound." Jim indeed did, though even if he hadn't it wouldn't have mattered much longer, as a building to the right of them exploded, and Probe came roaring out, from the inside, his wheels now on fire, and his ablaze with rage….
